My E9 has been in the shop for the last several weeks with an odd electrical problem. Turns out that the new fusebox (the car has 2 - the original one to run all the original equipment and a new one in the glove box connected to non-factory items) melted a bit at some point. Not enough to see, but enough that most of the connections were becoming, uh, unconnected I guess at least intermittently.

However, all solved now. Now she’s at the car spa getting a bath.

Ferrari 458 I’m pretty sure. Didn’t look closely but that’s the red F-car that’s usually there.

How is there a Ferrari usually at a shop? I want to be there everyday.

458 indeed.

When I worked on Greene St. in NYC I was 3 doors down from Louis Vuitton, it was ridiculous the cars that would idle out front most days.

Some people buy it to have it, others buy it to show it off, sometimes they’re the same people.

There are normally about 3 Ferraris (2x 458, 1x FF) and 2 Astons. It’s downtown SF, lots of neat stuff.

Not a fan of chasing down electrical gremlins.

Actually, the whole electrics side of things is a bit of a blind-spot in my knowledge :S

Glad to hear it's back on the road :)
